Registration fee receipt and participation certificate

The registration fee receipt and participation certificate may be obtained from the Command Portal.

The on-line registration for tutorials and conference has been closed on August 20, 2018. The on-site (spot) registration for Tutorials can be done on September 2, 2018. The on-site (spot) registration for Conference can be done during September 2-3, 2018.

On-site registration fees are as in the table below, and the payments can be made by credit cards (Visa, Master, Amex etc.) or debit cards only.

The online registration is now available. Click on the ‘Register Now’ button below to register online. Participants may submit all their details online and may choose to either pay online or make a wire/bank transfer.

  • Conference registration does not include tutorial registration
  • Registration can be done for tutorials only, conference only, or both.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of Registration

Notification of cancellation must be made in the form of a signed letter. The scanned copy of the letter has to be sent by email to admin@interspeech2018.org
Requests for cancellation of registration will be accepted until August 13, 2018, up to which date the total amount will be refunded minus INR 6000 towards cancellation fee.
We regret that no requests for refund or reduction of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after July 31, 2018, or no-shows for any reason.

Change of Name

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible. An administration fee of INR 2000 will be charged. Please inform by email to admin@interspeech2018.org as soon as possible.
